Description

I grabbed a WIP earlier in the week, decided I would finish it, in an effort to save time and still produce art that challenges me. Hilariously, it took a lot of time :)

Still, my skills were tested and I am okay with this piece. It has it's fair share of issues, but I am gonna move onto the next.

Thanks for looking.

Man, dude. You have come so far.
I can see you are finding how things work. Muscle groups. Bone structure. Textures. Expression. Body Language. It's all there. Nice!
So, since I can obviously see you are Leveling Up...

A couple things to consider as you move forward:
1. Drapery - material, including various cloths and skin, pulls with movement, gravity, etc. Subtle nods to this can push a piece far toward where it seems you want to be.
2. Hair is not perfect. Trust me when I say it took me a LONG time to figure this out. I mostly learned from 90s Image Comics...so...yeah, I'll just stop there. Hair has texture and weight like any other material, but unless its gelled or moused or sprayed solid, then it will move some and fall out of place. Btw, I like this dudes hair! Just something to think on to push you further.

Keep at it, man. I'm no artistic genius and certainly not as accomplished or consistent as I would like, but I can see how far you have come and where you are headed. Exciting stuff!
